My bad. I thought I had to kill an enemy who has a submachine gun. It should be you must shoot, with a submachine gun, and kill an enemy! Either, it's just me, or Valve just made it quite confusing. It says...kill an enemy with a submachine gun (did they mean you or the enemy). So yea, anyways...
