The problem is your EEPROM 20,FF is not on the list of supported EEPROMS in NVFLASH, itll be a case of the author adding this EEPROM to the program and allowing it to be flashed.
Once thats done, youll be able to flash your card without any problems.
To help though, what does it say on the component, we need all the details on it...
