how long since its been since windows was redone ? if installing a driver kinda helped u out ( even for a short period of time ) sounds to me windows is telling ya something . also i would chack the innards of ur comp out Clean everything ( if that requires you to take stuff out and dust it do so ) get a can of air remove the psu unplug it first of coarse take it outside and blow the crap out of it , then proceed with the other components . and then redo windows . ( full reinstall including a format )
