GeForce 6800 GT but no display, even tried BIOS flashing? - 2005/10/27 23:13
My friend has my Gainward GeForce 6800 GT Golden Sample and he recently just installed it but for some strange reason he is getting no display showing, he is using the graphics adaptor and it doesn't work on mine either. Anyone know whats wrong? And it turns out that EEPROM has been erased and so he got a copy of the the BIOS from Gainwards site and he tried to flash the card using nvFlash, and he is getting errors like supported EEPROM not found and mismatch in 128 byte page-made programming. And he checked the version of current BIOS and he found that it was unavailable and its invalid. He has also tried to force flash and same results...
