I've been happily running slackware since 9.1(10.1 is the current release). I love it, there's a learning curve of course, but once you get by that, wow. Who would've thought building a kernel could be so much fun? I've also managed to do some cool stuff with my nvidia card(s) in linux too. I overclocked my geforce 4mx 420 to 320mhz core and 470mhz ram stable(stock it's 250, 333). Did I mention I got the doom 3 demo running well enough to beat it with that card? I'm also working on unlocking the extra pipes in my 6200 with a little c program I found on here an compiled.
All we linux users need now is a nice benchmarking program like 3dmark. glxgears varies like crazy on different setups.
