Check your Asus 9800 Pro/XT!! - 2005/05/31 04:42
I am working on a friends Asus Radeon 9800XT were one of the fans died (fell off) in it so I am waiting for the Silencer 3. I was taking the heatsink apart and noticed something odd but could be fatal to the card. If you take the grills off of the top you'll see a pocket sitting underneath of them right on top of the memory. This is an easy spot for heat to just sit! This might be old news but since I couldn't find anything about this thought I would let people know!
