Well when yo want to flash your card this is done on DOS, using a bootdisk. Now since it is DOS, you need to know that that environment is limited to the "8.3" standard. Which means 8 characters for the name and 3 characters for the extension...
So you should always rename the ".rom" to this above "8.3" standard naming convention. So a good thing would be to use "newbios.rom" (this fills in the "8.3" rules).
