I had a Leadtek GeForce4 Ti 4400 with 3.6ns samsung running @ 700MHz

Re:Leadtek 6800LE flashing - 2005/01/31 20:37 What could happen if the ram is turn up to the limit? Will the screen not just freeze first and artifacts will appear before the card burns out? Now I put a cabinnet fan in and I can see that the temp has fallen even more.

I am using Driver 66.93 from Guru3D. I tried using 70.xx but I got artifact. This made me think that I couldn't do anything with this card. How I seem wrong now.

Well when it is to much your will see artifacts, slowdowns, shutdowns, stops, blocking of games,...

What you can do to be sure what memory you have is to check on the card what is written on the memory and then we can see how fast your memory can theoretically go (of course in real it often can go faster).

Did you follow our Guides on making a Backup?

I have to see if you have one that I can use if something goes wrong.

Leadtek 6800LE 128MB - Rev 01

So I don't know what happened when you made a backup, but it would be adviced to wait till I confirm the BIOS is okay and then go ahead with flashing...

First of all I bought a Leadtek 6800LE card 2 days ago. I started reading this forum and I was able to unlock all the pipes. I did it step by step first only 12*1,5vp but it seems that it can handle 16*1,6vp just as well.

The reason why I'm writing is because I want to overclock the core and memory as well, but I did not have success so far. I tried RivaTuner and CoolBits but no matter how much or few I change on the settings its simply does not pass the test. What should I do? Should I disable the pipes, overclock and re-enable the pipes? Will this work? Or should I change the bios? Any help is welcome.

Only use nvFlash and WFFlash!
And supply the BIOS, so send it to me...

Then what you need to to first is to disable the extra pipelines and vertex shaders. And try to overclock like it came out of the box. That should be done first. Then we know if the overclocking failed there or after enabling pipelines...
