Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/19 05:58 I know how to create a bat file, the problem is when I type a name in DOS bat file, it passes me to the window flashing, but there is a bug in ph1691.exe I do not know may have the wrong version of this file? On the Internet, I can not find any meaningful link to download this file, in addition to what I have. I understand that it is enough alone exe file without any extra? If you know where can I find a version of it please link.
Rather, guilt lies with the preparation of a pendrive to boot, since I normally loads the console.

Sorry for my English, but this is not my national language.
At the beginning we have to download the update BIOS from the manufacturer, if Dell will be a exe file when you run the option do we have a copy of the bios, for me there was no choice, so I updated the BIOS, then when the computer restarts again turned on the BIOS file , but this time I jumped out a window with information about the need to close all programs, not pressed ok, only this time after having selected the control panel the visibility of hidden folders found in MyComputer / C / Users / home * / AppData / Local / Temp / WinFlash

home * - this is my username, it will be this profile exactly where you are.

Then in this folder have a file BIOS1.WPH. This file is the main bios. Now comes the worst job, unpack bios, search vbiosu, then folding it together. If you do not want to be in this play Drop the main bios file here, and I'll try to at home so as to extract vbios, then where possible put this together.

If you want to do it yourself, then tomorrow you podeślę links to needed programs, and further instructions. I do not know why but it works awfully low to me today, the Internet, which greatly extends the tools you need to find

Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/19 16:50 I know that the bat file can not be so called, if I use ph1691 or phlash16 I have the same error:
Phoenix Phlash16 Error
Invalid FlashInt.Bin!

Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/19 19:49 Okay, but when you use the command line the flash worked yes? And if the flash worked then just don't minde the bat file, that is only for lazy people like me anyway.

Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/19 20:22 No, the flash is never done. The problem is in my opinion Phlash file that does not work with this BIOS, I checked a few versions of Phlash16 but far more the same. Trying to upload the BIOS using crisidisk continue the same, fans are spinning, flashing power button but after 20 minutes nothing changes. I do not know what the problem is but it kills me slowly.

Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/21 06:31 The L702X does indeed run a UEFI Bios. Phoenix SecureCore Tiano 1.0, I believe.
I have one and it's causing me trouble sometimes too.

Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/21 15:33 just got a answer from kiswan this should work i will just paste the the answer

Hi Torment78,

You cannot use phlash16.exe with UEFI. You need Phoenix UEFI flash tool for Phoenix UEFI BIOS. You can skip BIOS version check like this:-
Code:

pflash.exe /sv XXXXX.ROM

here is a link to the win flash ver
http://www.sendspace.com/file/nn4y5z

If you're using WinFlash, create PFLASH.RSP file in WinFlash folder & the file should contain this:-
Code:

-sa

and it also might be that you need to change the extencion from wph to rom
and also to make a rsp file just use text docu name it to PHLASH then change the extencion from txt to RSP

Re:GT555m xps l702x - 2011/12/22 03:42 Thanks.

By the end of the BIOS flash was successful
I know that my question may seem silly, but how do I turn on the Tryp gpu which is overclocked?
