NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/04/17 13:45 Is there, or will there be a NiBiTor that works with the GTX 560Ti card??
I have the latest NiBiTor but doesn't work with my GTX 560Ti card.

Thanks in advance.
Best regards, Kodiak.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/04/17 14:10 Mmm, either you haven't followed the NiBiTor software releases or you really have special GeForce GTX 560 Ti that is different from all other and as such would not be supported. Could you provide us your own original BIOS so we can check this out? And just so you know, and that has been detailed since the Fermi architecture come out that these are no longer using the standard clock and voltage settings but are now using clock and voltage domains.

Therefore we have for all Fermi based cards that you need to tweak those settings throug the tools menu which has the option to tweak the Fermi clocks and voltages. If you don't know how you tweak those settings as it is very different from before the Fermi technology, just give us your original BIOS and what tweaked settings you would like and we will make the changes for you.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/04/17 15:52 Oops, sorry, I was out of orbit for a while. I have a TwinTech GTX 560 OC and NiBiTor 6.02
I will look into it.
Thanks for the answer.
Best regards, Kodiak.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/04/20 18:46 Did you get it working with NiBiTor and could we ask you if you can also provide is the original BIOS backup of your TwinTech GeForce GTX 560 Ti for our archive? If you have any questions related to tweaking the clock and voltage domains, just ask.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/06/01 20:30 I also have the latest NiBiTor and can't get it working with my EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti FPB

??

I attached the original bios file.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/06/01 20:39 And can you explain what doesn't work as we have tweaked already countless of GeForce GTX 560 Ti version BIOS's and it is working just fine. So can you perhaps say what you are looking for and what you want to tweak? As explained before all Fermi based graphics cards use a new technology for the clock and voltage setting through domains, which is fully supported through the specific menu in NiBiTor under the tools option.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/11/09 09:53 I too have this issue with my GTX 560 Ti, I believe my situation is different though. I bought my machine from an OEM and therefore have an OEM edition of the card. When trying to read my BIOS using NiBiTor, it errors.

I can export my bios using something like GPU-Z and then read it with NiBiTor, but it opens and states that it is an unsuupported model. Have you come across an OEM version of the card yet? I am ultimately trying to tweak the voltage slightly and flash the card.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/11/09 09:58 Can you attache your original BIOS that you dumped using GPU-Z so that we can check and see what is happening? The OEM or not shouldn't really make any difference really, cause they are simply the same. But it could always be that NVIDIA made some revision with a different device ID. Get us the original BIOS and we will check it further.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/11/09 11:50 Not a problem, how would you like me to send this to you? Shall I just reply to this post and attach it as a file?

I imagine what you have suggested is probably the case, but can you offer any advice on how I would go about flashing this? Or is this not possible until the tool is updated to suport it?

The reason being is that coming from an OEM, this card is somewhat underclocked, I have read that this card can achieve at leave 900 MHz but mine becomes unstable after 840 MHz so...

Thanks for your reply btw.

Re:NiBiTor for GTX 560Ti - 2011/11/09 12:15 Yes simply attach it to this thread and we will check it further. And flashing is not done using NiBiTor but you have to use nvFlash. What we will check is the support if or not included with NiBiTor to allow tweaking.
