The XTreme G drivers are the perfect modded drivers as far as I can tell. I work on those with Daishi and it's hard to improve on them.

Modded drivers usually have nothing you can't do yourself with RivaTuner, but with the XTremeG drivers all you have to do is install them and use them.

Some of the tweaks in zer0point will slow games down a tiny bit for no good reason. But I guess those guys are learning as all other modders do, and if they stick to it, someday they'll have a good set.

The next set will not have those system wide tweaks...

If I cared to, I could show resource material that contains some of these tweaks. And none of my resource material is someone elses "nv4_disp.inf".

And besides, if someone copies mine and Daishi's stuff we can only be honored because imitation is truely the sincerest form of flattery. I'm actually bored with the intrigue that surrounds many of these "tweakers".

I do use LapTopVideo2Go inf's as my base because I want Pieter's laptop members to benefit from our tweaks. But I have his permission and I give him credit, along with many others, in the beginning of each ".inf" because all who came before Daishi and I deserve credit for adding to the knowledge base.

Well all these tweaks have to come from somewhere. And the main source is still RivaTuner. So it is kindly normal that the same tweaks somehow get into the different tweaked drivers...

And true, in my opinion all tweaks ultimately come from RivaTuner and tweaks are tweaks. But it never hurts to give a little credit instead of deleting it from copied stuff.

I'm not talking about anyone specifically, this is just my point of contention with some others. If they use other's stuff (like Pieter's inf's as a baseline) it only adds to ones credibility to give him credit instead of sloppily deleting LapTopVideo2Go from the in'fs. And that's a rock solid fact and I won't take it back. Period!
