GeForce 8800 GT Mac edition does it work with a PC system? - 2009/05/16 11:25 Hello all, I have a question does the GeForce 8800 GT Max edition with 512MB memory work on a standard desktop PC? Are the BIOS's the same? Thanks for your help.

Re:GeForce 8800 GT Mac edition does it work with a PC system? - 2009/05/16 12:11 Euh, well if it is one that comes from an Intel based Mac system it should work in a normal PC though the BIOS's are not the same and the biggest issue is to get the right BIOS on it so that it will work. Just the same as some Mac owners did when they bought a standard GeForce 8800 GT, they had quite some work on getting a Mac edition BIOS to work on it. But from what I recall after that it worked.
