ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 BIOS needed, due to stupid flash? - 2008/08/12 23:11 Well sad to say my bro decided to be smart and upgrade his card in my system, while my card was in there also. Ended up flashing mine. Anyone have the BIOS for an ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 1GB graphics card? Part mumber begins with 90 I believe for this type... And yeah I need both BIOS files please.

Re:ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 BIOS needed, due to stupid flash? - 2008/08/13 03:17 If its a reference design card, which is more then likely it is, I have one, euh two. Both these have been clocked up to 864/1850MHz for 3D mode. I hope this helps you out. Remember when flashing the first core switch is 0 and the second core switch is 1, when using ATIFlash. So take into account that these are tweaked versions.

Re:ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 BIOS needed, due to stupid flash? - 2008/08/13 03:36 Thanks mate, will give it a try. Only reason I was asking for the ASUS ones specifically is they have a non standard heatsink and fan combo. The ASUS also supports 4 monitors and S-video. Note, tried it and missing a few settings and won't support 4 monitors at the moment, but workable for now. So if anyone still has an ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 version let me know, as still looking for the BIOS.

Re:ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 BIOS needed, due to stupid flash? - 2008/08/13 20:58 Well I would be very willing to help you but since most guys just think it has only one BIOS I have just one of the BIOS's of the ASUS card and therefore I haven't put the BIOS online as it is incomplete as the second one is missing... So who has such a card backup both BIOS's and attach em on this thread. Thanks.

Re:ASUS Extreme AH3870 X2 BIOS needed, due to stupid flash? - 2008/08/21 06:44 The Radeon HD 3870 X2 TOP edition would also seem to work in this, anyone got these? The reference ATI BIOS is not the same, needs to be the ASUS card with the double black fan.

As no response yet, I would like to somehow get this going again to get either the Radeon HD 3870 X2 or the X2 TOP version BIOS's from the ASUS graphics card version. And that means both BIOS's that are on the dual GPU cards. So if you have such a card please do attach them on this thread, thanks!
