Well you can flash the GTS BIOS on your GeForce 8800 GT and for some it worked, but on most it caused artifacts due to the difference in memory timings. And you will never be able to activate the 16 extra stream processors, so even if you flash you will still have 112 shaders. These can't be unlock or whatever at all. So your best option is just to overclock your GeForce 8800 GT and gain as such some extra performance as that is what the GTS flash would do as well.
