Re:Inno3D 6600GT AGP - 2005/01/23 01:22
Now I have a new 6600GT by Inno3D. Got a 2,0ns RAM card, because these cards were deliverable, so there was no exchange by Inno3D. I chose this way because of the warranty. I changed thermal compound and things like this The new card is running really fine. I looked at the back of the card... if you remember this picture where somebody asked if there is a part missing and what it is... There are actually two places for this part. My old card had both free, my new one has one chip. So, maybe this was an really important part. I'm really pleased! The new card is nice for overclocking. With the option "detect ideal clock" (or whatever... I've German drivers ) I get 550MHz GPU and 1,1GHz RAM without any artifacts or freezes. With better cooling I think 600MHz are no problem. But I won't try so at the moment. The card is actually fast enough.
Edit: Btw. BIOS -> Rev 2.0 of this page.
