Re:Overclocking this GeForce GTX 280, being pre-overclocked? - 2008/06/27 23:43 My former cards, the GeForce 8800 GTS and GTX were MSI OC version too and I never got trouble. I'm waiting for Mavke's verdict, if any, and trying MSI DOT software. Thanks for help guys.

Well from what Ican see there is nothing really wrong with the BIOS, so I would say that you have some problem really with either conflicting overclocking tools or RivaTuner not having the right support for the new drivers. I hope you know that if the drivers are not well supported you need to do some tweak of RivaTuner first? I always use ATITool and PowerStrip for my overclocking. Meaning ATITool to find the max overclock setting for both core and memory and PowerStrip to actually than set the overclocking...

Re:Overclocking this GeForce GTX 280, being pre-overclocked? - 2008/06/30 19:38 Hello, as you told me, I've made a complete clean up and everything works fine now with lastest NVIDIA tools. Thanks a lot.

You are welcome, that is what I thought. Actually had the same stuff already several times when you use to many overclocking tools. These just start to conflict between the tools and make that no overclocking at all will work any more. So good stuff and enjoy.
