Inno3D GeForce 9600 GT Armour and different BIOS options? - 2008/06/19 01:32 I am just curious why my card works good only with the original BIOS, because with BIOS from other GeForce 9600 GT's it shows artifacts in Windows XP, even with the BIOS from Inno3D GeForce 9600 GT with the stock cooler, shows artifacts.

Re:Inno3D GeForce 9600 GT Armour and different BIOS options? - 2008/06/19 03:54 Different memory timings perhaps? Why did you want to flash it to another card's BIOS? If you want to overclock it you should just backup your current BIOS and change the clocks on it instead.

Re:Inno3D GeForce 9600 GT Armour and different BIOS options? - 2008/06/20 00:27 The BIOS from this site for ithe Inno3D GeForce 9600 T is the same version 62.94.11.00.04, it has the same clocks, voltages and memory timings with the BIOS from my card but I get artifacts when I flash it to my card. And that is very confusing, because they are identical. I can't see why this is happening?

Can you also tell us which version that you have cause on the Inno3D website I can see that Inno3D is listing as memory size 256MB, 512MB and even 1GB. I am assuming you have the somehow more standard version with 512MB? Now clock speeds wise all is the same so I can only assume it has something to do with the memory type or timings used.

Re:Inno3D GeForce 9600 GT Armour and different BIOS options? - 2008/06/24 02:16 Its the 512mb version, but the problem is solved by replacing it with ECS 8800GT 512mb with Accelero cooler.
