Gigabyte GeForce 8600 GT board, and voltage table tweaks? - 2008/06/16 18:48 I've tried to use the NiBiTor to modify the the voltage table of the Gigabyte GeForce 8600 GT 256MB edition, which is a fanless card. But it seems to me it is another card without the voltage table? Anyone can help to take a look...

I don't think you can change the voltage with the BIOS for the GeForce 8600 GT, but I can be mistaken. But that is at least what I know. Unless someone has a different feedback on this feel free to correct me.

Does that mean the GeForce 8600 GT does not have a voltage table or it is not visible to the tool? Then the only way is to do a pencil tweak? Thanks.

No, the GeForce 8600 GT has a voltage table and it is visible though the highest voltage available is already set for the 3D mode, so nothing we can increase there. So yes a pencil tweak is the only viable option you have at the moment.
