Re:Overclocking my CPU, and changing system memory voltage? - 2008/06/02 03:19
Packard Bell? If that is an OEM computer you can pretty much forget about overclocking. They deliberately remove those options. It is possible to modify the BIOS, but it is very risky and you need to be good with a HEX editor, and with these many changes you have a high risk of a motherboard BIOS which needs to be hot flashed. Some software like Clockgen and CrystalCPUID can allow you to overclock in Windows, but they don't allow system memory voltage changes, only CPU related changes.
