Okay mate, thanks for the update. I will check this later on as I am just back from a business trip and I have tons of emails and things to sort out first. But I will get around it and see what can be done with the BIOS for you as requested.
Thank you, once again I really appreciate your support here. Take your time there is no rush, just when you have the time share the new tweaked BIOS.

Re:Flashing a GeForce 8800M GTX, laptop running SLI configs? - 2008/05/08 05:37 Hello, I can't get my GeForce 8800M GTX SLI stable at 700MHz core and 1800MHz memory even with 1.05V on Extra mode. How can you get it to work at 740MHz? Thanks...

I am using 1.10V for the moment and waiting for Mavke to have a look for using 1.15V which is the maximum possible. Mavke, could you please update on this? Thank you.

Well, the voltage modification is not as simple as with other cards via the BIOS so could you share the original BIOS's of your GeForce 8800M GTX SLI and than we will check these and provide you the correct tweaked version with increased voltage level.

Okay, here you go as requested I have adapted the BIOS so that now you can also select the 1.15V level and see if you can even go further with your overclocking.

Re:Flashing a GeForce 8800M GTX, laptop running SLI configs? - 2008/05/09 00:03 I use both unlocked BIOS version you have with 1.05V and 1.10V but 680MHz core is probably the more stable one when I use as 1.10V will freeze after 700MHz core. By the way I have a Dell XPS M1730.

No, the 700MHz is not a limit. I am able to run all my benchmarks at 760MHz core using 1.1V, however gaming is stable at 740-750MHz depending of how aggressive you go with the memory clock. I am sure that at least for benching these chips can go at 800MHz, and for gaming most probably 780-790MHz is the usable range. Will come back with feedback these days.

Re:Flashing a GeForce 8800M GTX, laptop running SLI configs? - 2008/05/09 13:01 Thank you Mavke for all your valuable help and making a further update to the BIOS's with the higher voltage to see if these can do just a bit more.

Thread cleaned up... Frankly I don't care what you do with NiBiTor and that is not what I asked. I don't get way people just can't do as I have asked and first of all provide their own original BIOS's so these can be checked, cause you could have different ones and that means these BIOS's might not work as we have seen already in another discussion. And secondly the only thing that you need to do with my tweaked BIOS's is too change the Extra mode voltage to the voltage you want and save the BIOS, but only if your system is actually using originally the same BIOS!

Re:Flashing a GeForce 8800M GTX, laptop running SLI configs? - 2008/05/09 20:11 Thank you. All I am trying to do is increase my computer performance and my BIOS is the original Dell ship with. I did flash with your version giving 1.05V and 1.10V. My GeForce 8800M GTX is the same as the other person. Extra is the only voltage I mess with and my max speed in games is 680/1800MHz with the shaders at 1400MHz. And would you use any software to keep the fans 100% all the time?
