So on that aspect it means I am not in the same case as you. But if you can't afford a new power supply, just try and see... If your system doesn't have too many hard disks it might work.

If you connect two cables together with the adapter, that doesn't mean you are able to draw more than 15Amps from your power supply. All of the cables draw power from the same source, which has a limit, and once you reach that limit the power supply will usually shut down due to overloading. Now if you bought a power supply that says it has two 12V rails and I don't mean cables here, I'm talking about splitting the 12V source into two lines inside the power supply, and each is rated at 16Amps, that doesn't mean your power supply can provide you with 32Amps no matter how you connect it up.
The original 12V source most likely can only provide around 25-26Amps which has to be shared across the two 12V rails. Both of those 12V rails come from the same source, but that source is split into two lines that have their own individual electrical current limits which can't be exceeded. It is confusing, I know, and it's harder to understand if you aren't good with English. But the manufacturers will try anything to make a power supply seem better than it really is. The best power supplies have only one 12V rail which has a high current limit of around 40-60A, but are generally more expensive because the components must be higher quality.
Back to the original topic, no, that power supply will never be able to power that system. I had an 18Amps power supply that caused reboots when used with a Radeon X1950 PRO unless I heavily underclocked and undervolted my CPU. Eventually it started giving off a bad smell...

What I want to say, however the source that I has more access like 20Amps at 12V line is where I can buy because like I explained earlier in my country is quite difficult to obtain these components, and when you get are fairly expensive. Yes, there is a small chance it might work, though don't take it for granted as power supplies are in all sorts and not all are as good as advertised and the two 12V rails on yours are used to power other devices and from what the specs say you have a max of 15Amps on the combined 12V rails as far as your power supply concerns. But I would say try, keep your fingers crossed and see. I had my share of luck as well in the past were my power supply would not have been sufficient according to the requirements but still just worked fine in the end, though stressing the power supply and could end up badly for it...

Now I'm trying to get a power supply in the specification which says 21Amps per 12V line, that is two lines of 12V and 42Amps, thanks again to all.

Of course it could be lower, but will certainly not be higher. Perhaps if you gave a link to a place you can buy from that sells power supplies in your price range we could suggest one for you. Really it is becoming very hard to get what you mean, and if this keeps happening I am very tempted to hit the delete button on your posts rather than to try and correct them so that they make some sense. Secondly we can't recommend anything until you tell us which Cooler Master power supply you are talking about... So which one is it?
