Indeed you have got nothing to loose just that you will go to an older version of the BIOS that doesn't have the PCI Express compatibility enhancement, and some other fixes. So up to you if you want to try that. Well, I would say that Google should find you enough good boot image files as frankly I haven't used any of those as I make those myself, I mean the bootable media cause that works always better than trusting a boot image from someone else. But I would suggest to see if Nu2 which has Bart BootCD which should be good...

Stop uploading and attaching BIOS's that are already present on this thread. As I mentioned the Gainward is also an older BIOS just like the MSI one, they are the same version. And I strongly state once again that I doubt it fixes it really though it resets the PCI Express compatibity to lower version, which is not always that good. And as I stated just try and see, though it could give issues with some systems linked to the PCI Express interface.
