Re:GeForce 7x00 series BIOS's, and we want these, thank you!? - 2006/04/22 03:51 Hi guys, I have a couple Albatron 7900GTs @ 450/660 clocks. Haven't seen any bios uploaded for these cards yet. Nibitor doesn't read my cards bios so I'll have to get myself a floppy drive after the weekend and use nvflash. I'll send the bios once I have it.

Re:GeForce 7x00 series BIOS's, and we want these, thank you!? - 2006/04/22 09:54 Euh, that would be very strange that NiBiTor v2.8a would not read out the BIOS of your GeForce 7900 GT... Cause it works on all other cards. Have you downloaded NiBiTor v2.8a from our downloads section? Then you need to make sure that all of the packages is extracted to the same directory. And then it should work certainly, as others have done the same.

To backup the BIOS using NiBiTor, you go via Tools then Read BIOS and you click Select Device... You will then get a popup where you select of which card NiBiTor should take the backup. Then go again to Tools then Read BIOS and you click Read into File... You will be requested then where the BIOS should be saved. When done, zip up the BIOS, give it a more unique name and attach the BIOS on this thread.

Here is my Albatron GeForce 7900 GT original BIOS. Not sure if Albatron have different models in different regions, but mine is from Australia.

So who else has a GeForce 7900 series graphics card? If you do just take a minute to download NiBiTor v2.8a and backup the original BIOS of your card and supply it to us... Thanks!

Re:GeForce 7x00 series BIOS's, and we want these, thank you!? - 2006/04/25 18:48 Here is the Forsa GeForce 7900 GT BIOS. I have done the 1.4V pencil mod and running at 600/1600MHz, but will do 625/1800MHz without artifacts and gives 9700 in 3DMark05 (just gets bloody hot, 90°C with stock cooler).
