As already mentioned several tome son very similar threads, yes the GeForce 8800 GT can normally be tweaked as these card normally run at 1.05V and the BIOS allow to tweak the card voltage up to 1.10V, which is giving several person just that little more to reach 700MHz. Now just take into account that your GPU doesn't seem to the best one, thought not bad neither, and that is why it just can't reach 700MHz at the default voltage setting... That is just how it, some are just more lucky then others and have a tiny better G92 core on their cards.
