Re:Fund raising, your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/15 14:55If there was a Verisign Digital Signature donation fund I'd be happy to donate for that too. That way the author could digitally sign the 64-bit Nibitor driver to be used in Vista SP1 x64. Would be great to be able to play with memory timings realtime instead of having to blindly flash them!

Well if you can tell us how much is does cost such a license, yeah we are too lazy to find out ourselves as we are not going to pay for it ourselves, but if some guys want to and we know what it cost we can setup a donation bucket around that.

Lol, ya ever get to Canada you'll catch some trophy fish, if is one of your things to do... Thanks for teh kind words mate, this does feel good as I can say most of these things we have done with a very small screw and that means one guy coding NiBiTor, one guy coding RaBiT and myself doing all the website tasks, meaning all reviews, news, and forums, though sometimes with some help from news posters. But really your donation helped a lot! Thanks again.

Re:Fund raising, for your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/15 19:31No problem mate. My aim is that through positive feedback maybe I can do my part to convince others how important it is that these programs continue development. I also know how a busy site like this can demand ones time. So I don't mind to try to help on some older hardware issues, as I been last few days flashing, bricking, blind flashing some old cards like the GeForce FX5700 Ultra, trying to recover a couple bad ones. So just a thank you, to you and the coders, I never would have ever had an idea to even try to attempt what is now becoming natural every day task...
To all readers and visitors, if you come here, get what you need and then leave, that is fine but rest assured you will miss out on something over time. If you shop etail be sure to compare pricing with etailers available here, there are deals to be had...

Re:Fund raising, for your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/16 12:53Yeah if you somehow don't like donating but want to support our wbesite somehow, please visit our advertisers and especially the side ads which are those that are paying of the hosting costs. If the hosting costs can't be paid for whatever reason it means people don't care about the website and we won't really like to pay each time out of our pockets. Thanks.

Re:Fund raising, for your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/16 14:43Thanks again, for I just with NiBiTor edited a bunch of different BIOS's, and have fully recovered 2 out of 4 of the bricked PNY Verto FX5700 Ultra's which I bought on eBay. Just testing now, came at $4 dollars each. I only bought them for I/O plates and coolers, but hey now 2 of them work...

Re:Fund raising, for your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/16 18:25You are more than welcome and that is at least one of the reasons why we started this website as well as the NiBiTor tool, and of course me being very interested in the graphics card technology.

Re:Fund raising, for your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/18 00:13My 2 pennies worth, NiBiTor I hope they continue to support this editor. But RaBiT on the other hand, in my opinion should be ditched and something new should take its place. And a little easier interface like NiBiTor. As soon as I can get some cash flow, I be more then willing to donate some funding your way...

Re:Fund raising, for your RaBiT and NiBiTor development support? - 2008/08/25 11:12Thanks mate, yeah RaBiT could do with a better interface but still it had a lot more than most editors around although there is a good one now as well already on the market and we are working with that coder as well a bit to give tips on how to make it better. But yeah the idea would be nice that for every person who downloads NiBiTor getting one dollar and I think we wouldn't have any issues to support whatever new feature, as well as getting a driver signing license from Microsoft for the Vista 64-bit to work as well.

Yeah well, ya got me severly hooked also, an you can count me in for what ever scheme you can come up with to keep the coders in the game. Maybe 1 dollar donate for some kit givaways, memory is getting pretty affordable these days, and you ain't had a contest in a while either, lol. I would pay a dollar for a chance to win some kit for sure. Maybe even donate something for the cause, once a plan is in the works...
