Cause I just tried these again on two machines, one with a GeForce 8800 Ultra and one with a GeForce 8400 GS and it is working just fine... Or it is your Home Edition but that would be very strange that it wouldn't work.

And I have checked the ".inf" file and your GeForce 7950 GX2 is correctly listed so either your card has a different device ID are something else is failing on your system. Which somehow I believe is more the case as others can use the drivers just fine as I have checked as well with other website owners.
