My feedback, since I own a HIS Radeon X1950 PRO and I like how RaBiT doesn't give that error when loading up the BIOS itself and it allowed me to flash my cards BIOS from 1380MHz memory freqs to 1606MHz with no hassle. Making Overdrive useless. If you are using CrossFire and trying to clock both of them no matter what utility you use you have to set it to both cards.
When using RivaTuner when you hit apply it programs both cards automatically but when you hit save upon reboot you need to do it to the other card as well. Otherwise the CrossFire setup uses the speed of the slowest card. As already pointed out when using multi GPU setups and flashing, flash both cards with the same BIOS this way your clock speeds and such are matched...
