Which game has benchmark capabilities, please advice... - 2006/12/29 12:41 Yes, I need you all to let me know which games allow benchmarking. And make sure thet are newer games, as I want to somehow extend our coverage for our reviews. So currently I am using the following games...
- idSoftware: Doom 3
- Raven Software: Quake 4
- UbiSoft: Far Cry
- Egosoft: X³: Reunion
- Monolith: F.E.A.R.
- Human Head: Prey

At the moment, the program supports Quake 3, Doom 3, Half-Life 2, Serious Sam SE, SplinterCell 1.2b, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Unreal II: The Awakening, The Chronicles Of Riddick - EFBB, Far Cry, Halo, ChameleonMark, 3DMark03, 3DMark05, Unreal Tournament 2003, Unreal Tournament 2004, GLMark 1.1, SPECviewperf 6, 7.x and 8, etc. Just run the main file and Bench'emAll! will scan for these applications, run them and log all the results.

Gun Metal Benchmark
Q3Bench for Quake 3
UMark 2.0 for Unreal Tournament 2004
UT2K3 Benchmark Utility for Unreal Tournament 2003

I am not going for any older games then those I have already... Certainly Unreal would be nice, but Unreal 3 is not yet out. I might take Half-Life 2. But what else is new and good, and you can benchmark with?

Okay, and both have build-in benchmark capabilities? Cause that is what I am after... As I want to expand a bit the gaming experience for our reviews.
