Can you post a picture of your card? I voltage modded a Radeon X850 PRO (flashed to XT). Be very careful, as I burnt my first Radeon X850 and had to buy another one! That said, the most important question is not whether the memory chips look the same, but rather if the layout of the voltage selectors on the back is the same as in the pictures. Next, do you have a red or a blue board on which the stuff is mounted?
That's important because on a red board you are gonna have a pain drawing the pencil. Actually, it should technically be impossible (I did it anyway, but with some risk). Since you say you're on water cooling, why use pencil? There is a limitation to how much voltage the pencil can increase. You would have a more exact method by soldering resistors.
