Re:Radeon BIOS Tuner (RaBiT) v2.2.0 Feedback... - 2006/12/14 09:43 Okay, can you try to combine all your feedback into one single post and not 5-10 posts just with one line. You know you can edit the post to adapt it... Thank you. I cleaned up your mess. Try to keep it nice and clean if else we will certainly look over things. Now I will get this all back to Jaz. But I need to know, is the attached BIOS your original BIOS (unchanged?). Cause we need that one and not a changed BIOS, thanks.

Cool and which brand is it? And if there is more then one Radeon X1950 PRO made by that brand which card is it? Cause that is also important to know. In the meantime I have done the same with RaBiT and gotten these confirmed, so I have informed Jaz about this to look into it.

No news yet, bugs have been reported and Jaz is checking and adapting. You will just have to wait and don't ask too much, cause we are working on it. When it is ready it will be here as soon as possible.

Just to provide you some update... The Radeon X1950 PRO is indeed wrongly show. Chip family detected properly, but wrong description string. On the memory timings, see some feedback I received from the coder. Here weren't any bugs, because memory clock (in RivaTuner) didn't as 2D or 3D default freq. The BIOS script has autotuner for memory timings, so timings not equals. It needs to compare with current timings, see in log before opening any BIOS.

No news! And by asking and asking it will not speed up the stuff as I am not in charge of all this, I just help out Jaz a bit with the program from time to time. So we all wait...
