Noob to Flashing, and Have some Questions Help Plz - 2006/11/24 15:40 Ok
this is my first post.Let me start off by saying hi.I have been into OverClocking and Tweaking for a while now, basiclly back when u had to do the pencil trick on AMD's.
Anyway I have never tried to flash a video card.
I have two video cards right now I would like to test.I have a Sapphire x800 pro 256mb and a Sapphire 9800 Pro 256mb.
My first question is how do U know how far u can flash it?
Meaning U just don't go and Download a x800 bios and flash it with that right?
U would Flash the x800 with a x850 or higher bios correct?
Any help or info would be great guys.I will search the forums for post but so far I have not found any as of yet.
Thanks guys and I hope to get alot of help from u in the future.

Re:Noob to Flashing, and Have some Questions Help Plz - 2006/11/25 07:19 I can't find the Video card on Sapphire's USA or canada site but I did find it here
http://www.sapphiretech.com/it/products/graphics_landing.php?gpid=21

I have searched the forum but really have not found the answers I am looking for.
I will start out by modding this x800.
As in Memory do you mean the GDDR3?
