If you change your clocks with RivaTuner they'll show up changed in nVidia Control Panel too. I don't think RivaTuner would really interfere except if you turn something on with 1 tool and turn it off with the other.
So by enabling say AA in RivaTuner, will it show enabled in the official nVidia Control Panel and vice versa. What actually controls the vidoe card?

Re:NVTweak...Some questions - 2004/11/25 17:25 The drivers control the video card. RivaTuner, nVidia Control Panel, ExperTool - they all allow you to set options in the drivers. I believe they all just write settings to the same locations in the registry.

Re:NVTweak...Some questions - 2004/11/25 17:30 So in that case, if you change anything in NVTweak or RivaTuner, it should show up in the official nVidia Control Panel and vice versa...

Thanks for the quik replies, JRd1st...

Re:NVTweak...Some questions - 2004/11/25 17:36 Well, NVTweak doesn't really set anything, it just enables options pages just like CoolBits 3D.

And, you're quite welcome...

Re:NVTweak...Some questions - 2004/11/25 22:56 Since you are all so looking at NVTweak, maybe you can also give some advice on improvements? Cause that is what we would like to get as well some good feedback on this nice tweaking tool

Re:NVTweak...Some questions - 2004/11/26 11:23 Ok, Thanks Rewt. The program looks great!

Mavke may be lurking, but if he's not he'll add the file tomorrow.

I don't know if you've considered this, but many users don't have the foggiest notion what the options in nVTweak do or what the pages or options they activate do. It would be a great service to all of us if there was a guide that explained, even in a very brief way, the effects of the options and what effect those settings have on graphics IQ and Performance.

Re:NVTweak...Some questions - 2004/11/26 11:26 Thank you. And btw, great idea. I will try and have a help (.hlp) file available by next release
