NVIDIA ForceWare v81.84 32bit and 64bit... - 2005/10/05 02:54 NVIDIA just put these on their FTP. Available in both 32-bit and 64-bit flavors. Beta driver to support the availability of the game Black and White 2.

For a Beta version, stability is amazing, about performance, not that much, I get like 10 points 3DMark05. Before in Battlefield 2 (demo) my card needs to load a bit like during 2 mins(when joining a game) to get stability, and now it tooks likes 30 seconds. All person who are using NVIDIA products, will be happy!

Yeah, this driver rocks for Battlefield 2. NVIDIA is claiming that the new drivers improve performance by between 5% and 15% in games like Battlefield 2, Half Life 2, and Far Cry. It's also included additional SLI profiles, bringing the total number of games supported up to 150.

Also users are free to pair graphics cards from different manufacturers, so long as they're based on the same GPU model. This flexibility even allows factory overclocked cards to work with ones running at stock speeds. NVIDIA keep up the good work... ATI is eating NVIDIA dust...

ATI is eating nVidia dust.... yea like we see with the first tst on x1800xt and xl.

the x1800 xt is much betetr except in doom 3 cause they have a gay support for Open GL, but the XL still be under the 7800gtx. We can see that something the x850 XT PE beats the x1800xl. About the scores: yes x1800xl have score not so far from GTX but in game, its not so good.

ATI is too late, 6 months later, and not that much better performance than 7800gtx, still they are 90nm, and 512mo. I really think that nVidia with G72 and with 512mo, will own x1800xt.

Re:NVIDIA ForceWare v81.84 32bit and 64bit - 2005/10/15 03:49 i to gained in benchmark score with this driver . however i do notice my spysweeper icon beside my clock is a slightly different color yellow then before the driver. and maybe not as well defined. but in games i notice no off colors.
