Thanks for all your posts people. 
As a thank i have here composed a small list of some memory modules and their default timings which can be seen in Nibitor, which surely is interesting.
Of course these are not all timings. You can view the full ones in your memory chip datasheet, which you can find by entering your chips name in google and searching the manufactors site.
hmm seems the code tag doesnt give the result it shows in the preview, maybe ill post a screen of the timings or something...
