Some Questions - 2005/05/24 14:29 I just got a X850XT, I would be happy to share the BIOS but I need to know how to get it. I also wold like to know how, or if I can modify the BIOS to increase the voltage like I can with NVIDIA cards. I am new to ATI, so pardon the stupid questions.

Edit...
I have the ATITool loaded but he dump BIOS option is greyed out?

Re:Some Questions - 2005/05/24 15:37 Lol, I understand. I am wondering about voltages, I know with NVIDIA I could increase the voltage settings in the BIOS, can that be done with ATI and if so what utility can I use to do that?

Bump...
Next time you "bump", your post will be deleted! And if after that you try again, I will be forced to delete the complete thread... Yes bumping is something for kids and not allowed just so your thread get's more attention.

But since I am on it now, no there is no tool that I can that will work with ATI BIOS's that can raise the voltage as it works for NVIDIA. And that simply because the voltage up till now is not controlled by the BIOS for ATI cards.

I am sorry if I broke the rules, I didn't realize I had done so. I don't understand what you meant by bumping is something for kids? No matter I won't do it again, it certainly wasn't meant to be malicious I was just looking for an answer. I do appreciate the answer, now I know what I need to do.

Just as an for your info if you would have just asked me not to use "bump" again I wouldn't have done so you didn't have to jump all over me.
