Renaming Radeon 7500 to 8500? - 2005/04/21 11:14
Hi all!
I got an ATI Radeon 7500 64MB in my 3rd-PC (my little eMule-Server). Actually I'm a NVIDIA user, except of this Radeon 7500 card. So I don't know much about ATI cards and their BIOS flash abilities.
I used NiBiTor for editing the BIOS of my GeForce 6800. Is there a way to simply rename my Radeon 7500 to Radeon 8500? Just for fun, just for the boot screen... 
If so, how? Can NiBiTor do this? Or is there a special editing tool for ATI cards? Which progs do I need to backup my ATI BIOS and edit it?
