Radeon X1300 Series PCI-E budget cards overclocking?! - 2006/02/10 15:04 Hey, on what about modding, unlocking, overclocking the Radeon X1300 Series for PCI-E? Anybody unlocked pipes or modded BIOS, or flashed BIOS with a better Radeon X1000 series ? Are the Radeon X1300 and Radeon X1300 PRO offering good overclockability? You guys got some 3DMark03/05 scores on these cards? Thank you!

There is nothing disabled on these as the chip that is used it is the RV515 for the Radeon X1300 series. And this is complete different from the RV530 on the Radeon X1600 series, R520 on the Radeon X1800 series and R580 on the Radeon X1900 series. Overclocking should work but the performance is lower then the GeForce 6800 XT... Just to you know.

Lol Mavke, and in the morning I am going to buy an ASUS GeFroce 6800 XT. Cause the GeFroce 6200 (hoping soon GeForce 6600) its not entirely mine. It's 50-50 with my brother. So, a Radeon X1300 its not worth it. Got it!

Re:Radeon X1300 Series PCI-E budget cards overclocking?! - 2006/02/11 13:53 Okay... Yeah I think the Radeon X1300 series won't be a high fligher with the GeForce 6800 XT and GeForce 7300 GS that are available. Yeah the GeForce 7300 GS is not so fast as a Radeon X300 but it is cheaper...
