Of course that is what we now always do as that is fast and easy and much better than using a floppy really. What you need to have is an USB flash drive and you should format it as a DOS bootable media. Yes, a bootable DOS media to be able to flash out of DOS which is the safest way of flashing any hardware being it a mainboard or a graphics card. There are enough tools on the internet available to format your USB drive as such, so just Google and you will find it.
