We'll have to see the improvement of the Socket AM2, and compare these 2. Remember that Conroe is suppose the be launch in Q3. Maybe in June, or maybe in September.

Re:Intel Conroe (E6400) does SuperPi in 16 seconds - 2006/04/26 15:10 Actually, its like from 1 to 29% performance. Also, they just have done the new HyperTransport 3.0, which has 86% more bandwidth than the 2.0. Opteron will be the first using it, but we'll see on it on the X2 and FX series...
