Well, you can run 2 card with different bios, or a different brand, doesn't matter, but the best, is to have the same bios, if they are from the same brand.
What kind of setup? All I can say, is that every games are maxed, with AA and AF, or if there is HDR (except Source engine) without AA, with VSync on.
