Euh sorry mate but you started all the confusion with coming with the GeForce GTX 280 and the GTX 285, and those have different voltage levels so when you spoke about 1.16V I assumed you spoke about the GeForce GTX 280 which has susch a voltage level but the GeForce GTX 285 doesn't. Confusion will always lead to information that might not as be accurate as it would be when you stay on focus. So sorry about that but that is just what happenend.
