Yeah very nice game. I had to play through the original Crysis again before playing Warhead. Looks like this is the last installment for the PC. Crysis took 22 million dollars to make and it was probably the most pirated game in the last 2 years. The company still claims to have made profit but I think they have learnt their lesson. Next time its either multi-platform or console only. The CryEngine2 is still a bit too advanced for current consoles so the company will be waiting for what Microsoft and Sony have to offer in the future.
Recently in an interview, that Cevat Yerli guy said they cannot wait to know what the next generation of consoles will be about. That's probably the most important missing information we have right now in our company.
For me that's not a problem, hopefully there will still be mods coming out making Crysis look and play like a better game keeping me busy. Also for all those graphics geeks out there like me, you might wanna check out Far Cry 2 by Ubisoft, another system hungry shooter thats most likey gonna drop all current high-end GPU's to their knees when its maxed out. Well that could be just another ridiculous speculation by me, who knows, we'll have to see this October when its out.
