Shall we repeat it once again? I guess so, this is just plain and simple normal which is due to the driver signing for Vista 64-bit which requires you to pay a license for your program to Microsoft which we didn't do as we find it not our responsibility to pay that one time fee, but rather all users using NiBiTor. But it seems not really much users care about it since it is only impacting the 64-bit users at this point.
