NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v3.5 Software Feedback... - 2007/09/02 11:03 Here we go, a new version is again available. We did get access to the low-end and mid-range GeForce 8 series BIOS's and with the help of xtremetheme we have a new update to support these and some fixes. As well as some extra GeForce Go support on top. Upcoming features or things you would like to see... Let us know and we will see what is possible and/or feasible.

NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v3.5 Software

And please provide your feedback... That way we will be able to support you even better! Also provide your original BIOS as that help a lot to get thing better supported in the next versions!

Same thanks guys keep up the good work... With my card saying TimingSet 2 which way will loosen these, should I select TimingSet 1 or 3? And would that then let me push the memory more? Mmm, well tried TimingSet 3 and screen went all funny so I gess that won't work for me. One more thing in the list off vendors I see no EVGA could that be added as I was going to flash my card to an EVGA one but it comes up unknown.

Re:NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v3.5 Software Feedback... - 2007/09/06 08:12 None of the TimingSets will loosen the memory timings. The way it works is as such, each BIOS will contain a set of TimingSets linked to the different memory modules that can be used on the PCB, meaning different brands and types. So if your card is using TimingSet 2, then you need to change the values of that TimingSet to change the actual memory timings. Just go for the detailed view and change with small steps.

Next to that your comment on the vendor, well will have a look but if EVGA doesn't have their own vendor ID then there is nothing we can do about it. Cause if a brand would like a vendor ID, then they need to request that to an international instance to allocate one, and that comes at a price. If you want to talk more about it then create you own thread, as this is not linked to any feedback on NiBiTor as such. Thanks.

Re:NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v3.5 Software Feedback... - 2007/10/09 09:44 Could you add Windows Vista 64-bit support to the program, so that we can also use NiBiTor on that operating system? Thanks.

Re:NVIDIA BIOS Editor (NiBiTor) v3.5 Software Feedback... - 2007/10/10 16:50 Well as far as you could have checked our forums, NiBiTor does support Vista 64-bit but you have to make sure you disable the shitty stuff that Microsoft calls driver signing as we are never gona pay money to Microsoft so that our NiBiTor program is subscribed to that. We are not yet that nuts... Either Microsoft changes that, which quite a lot of programmers are wanting or they can just get many unhappy users.
