Since both are coming with the same processor which is really good and should be able to go a long way, the main difference is the graphics card and the amount of memory. If you don't want to buy a new one after two years, just go for the one with the highest specifications which is very clearly the ASUS one. And this simply cause the memory is 8GB and the graphics device is the latest and highest available for a laptop currently. Also if you will play games you should go for at least 17inch as display.
