I would also contribute to RaBiT. I've loved it since I bought my Radeon X1800 XL back in the day. It's nice to be able to permanently adjust your clocks and voltage once you find your stable everyday overclock. I've checked the creators site from time to time, and noticed he accepts donations, but it would make things easier if he had a Paypal. Most people aren't gonna wire money to bank accounts... Hell, I don't even know how I'd donate to him via that method.
Paypal makes things much easier, so maybe let him know he should set up a Paypal account. I'd like to see further development of RaBiT, cause I intend on buying a new ATI card in the future...soon as they get their stuff together. But, if he lost interest, he lost interest. I don't see how money is gonna change things. Sure, it offsets some things... Example, if I hate my job, but get paid enough, I'll stay cause the money offsets things. But if I loved my job, I'd stay regardless, and be more into doing what I do.
