I don't know where you got that information of it beging stock clocked at 470MHz... Cause not even BFG has that officially confirmed to me. I know that some BFG 6800U OC with the H2O kit from BFG can be clocked that high, but not as stock delivered by BFG. The BFG 6800U OC H2O has a normal BFG 6800U OC BIOS. And BFG confirmed that...
But I had a guy who send me his BFG 6800U OC H2O BIOS... You can find it on this link...
