Best 6800GT BIOS for 6800NU 16pipes - 2005/02/03 19:28 Could I flash my Palit 6800NU 128MB AGP with a 6800GT BIOS so that the unlocked pipes with RivaTuner will be unlocked at the BIOS level?

The card currently has a full 16 pipe battery and runs fine with 1.4v, overclocked and watrecooled.

Which 6800GT BIOS is the best for this application? Or should I stay with the 6800NU BIOS and leave the pipe unlocking to RivaTuner?

if so, then you'd probably want to use the Asus GT with 128mb bios.

Re:Best 6800GT BIOS for 6800NU 16pipes - 2005/02/04 03:32 There is also a way to unlock pixel pipes with a bios mod without flashing to another brand. I think the post is somewhere in Mavke's forums. But I agree with MiDKnYtE, the Asus 6800GT 128MB bios is the best for "pain free" 16/6 without Riva. Make sure your GPU can handle 350mhz, or you'll have to underclock after start up ; or mod clock freqs with NiB.
