As for what you can expect, every card is different. Even between the same models from the same manufacturer there's huge variation.
If you use NVTweak to turn on CoolBits and use the "Detect Optimal Frequency" on the clocks page of the NVIDIA Control Panel, you can get an idea of what to expect from that card with that BIOS.
