The download is fixed, this is because we change forums quite some time ago, though we normally have all the BIOS's still from the old forums it is just a matter of linking these correctly. Enjoy the download and this should solve your issue.

Well it might work, but to be sure it would be best if you take a look at your Gainward card. So I need you to provide me all the serial numbers and so on you can find on the actual card on the back. They normally give there some numbers and with those I can check which BIOS you will need. I have done this already for others so get me those numbers you can find and then I can check my archive.

All I could find on my card are four stickers an a circuit printed mark which are listed the following G030710568 and G9320001P0J0, as well as listing Gainward GeForce FX5900 128MB GS as string. Whatever that might mean. Thanks again.
